【Abstract】ObjectiveToinvestigatetheclinicaleffectofdebridementgluecombinedwithadhesivedressinginthetreatmentofⅡpressuresore.Methods47casesofpatientswithⅡPressuresorewererandomlydividedintoobservationgroup（n＝26）andcontrolgroup（n＝23）.Thedebridementgluecombinedwithadhesivedressingwasusedintheexperimentgroup，andthetraditionalmethodwasusedinthecontrolgroup.Thecurativeeffect，averagewoundhealingtimeof2groupswerecompared.ResultsComparedwiththecontrolgroup，theexperimentgroupachievedunexpectedtherapeuticeffect（P﹤

0.05），andthecureratewasimprovedremarkably（P﹤0.01），butalsotheexperimentgroupshortenedtheaveragehealingtimesignificantly（P﹤0.01）.ConclusionTheeffectoftreatmentthatdebridementgluecombinedwithadhesivedressingisbetterthantraditionalmethodinthetreatmentofⅡpressuresore.
