Ingredients:
1 cup sugar-free peanut butter(1杯无糖花生酱)
20g sugar substitute(20g 甜味剂)
1 tsp vanilla(1茶匙香草精)

method :
Preheat oven to 190 °C.

Grease, oil, or spray a cookie sheet lightly.

Mix all the ingredients together. Magically, the mixture will "set" a bit which allows you to scoop it out with a spoon and roll it into balls. Press down with a fork and bake +- 12 – 14 Minutes.

Cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing; the cookies are a bit fragile until cooled.

Note: Don’t have almond flour, just whiz 1/2 cup of almond flakes in your food processor or use a mortar and pestle to crush them.
