dwigradcheck DTI.mif -export_grad_mrtrix grad_check

dwi2response algorithm [ options ] …

功能：Estimate response function(s) for spherical deconvolution

Example：

dwi2response dhollander DTI.mif

response_wm.txt response_gm.txt response_csf.txt

-mask mask.nii.gz -voxels voxel.mif

-grad grad_check

dwi2fod [ options ] algorithm dwi response odf [ response odf … ]

功能：Estimate fibre orientation distributions from diffusion data using spherical deconvolution

Example:

dwi2fod msmt_csd DTI.mif response_wm.txt

fod_wm.mif response_csf.txt fod_csf.mif

-mask mask.nii.gz -grad grad_check

tckgen [ options ] source tracks

功能：Perform streamlines tractography

Example：

tckgen fod_wm.mif wmcsf_10Mtrack.tck

-seed_image mask.nii.gz

-select 10000000 -step 0.75 -cutoff 0.15

-grad grad_check -minlength 5
