【摘要】目的 研究赶黄草Penthorum chinense地上部分的化学成分。方法 利用大孔吸附树脂、聚酰胺、硅胶和凝胶等柱色谱、制备薄层色谱、液相色谱等多种色谱方法对其进行分离和纯化，根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果 从赶黄草醋酸乙酯部分分离和鉴定了9个黄酮类化合物：6"-羟基-2"-甲氧基二氢查耳酮-4"-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（1）、山柰酚（2）、槲皮素（3）、槲皮苷（4）、广寄生苷（5）、阿福豆苷（6）、绣线菊苷（7）、乔松素-7-O-[4"，6"-（S）-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷（8）、乔松素-7-O-[3"-O-没食子酰基-4"，6"-（S）-六羟基联苯二酰基]-β-D-葡萄糖苷（9）。结论 化合物1为新化合物，命名为赶黄草苷，化合物5～7为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Study on Flavonoids of Penthorum chinense

【Abstract】Objective To study the chemical constituents of Penthorum chinense. Methods The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by column chromatography over macroperous resin, polyamide, silica gel, and Sephadex LH-20, preparative TLC, and preparative RP-HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analyses. Results Nine flavonoids were isolated and identified as 6"-hydroxy-2"-methoxy-dihydrochalcone-4"-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), kaempferol (2), qercetin (3), quercitrin (4), avicularin (5), afzelin (6), helicin (7), pinocembrin-7-O-[4",6"-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl]-β-D-glucoside (8), and pinocembrin-7-O-[3"-O-galloyl-4",6"-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl]-β-D-glucoside (9). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new dihydrochalcone and named penchinoside. Compounds 5-7 are isolated from genus Penthorum Gronov. ex L.for the first time.
