This is a comprehensive and interesting manuscript. The major issue with the manuscript in its current form is that it requires review by a native English speaker for significant grammatical errors throughout. My additional suggestion would be for the authors to better summarize exactly what they foresee the future of sentinel node mapping in gastric cancer to be. For instance, the data overwhelmingly shows the this procedure is really only sensitive in patients with T1 tumors, which is almost never the case in Western patients who tend to be diagnosed with locally advanced disease. In addition, do the authors really think it is feasible that sentinel node testing could result in foregoing lymphadenectomy in patients with T1 tumors? Sentinel node status cannot be reliably determined intraoperatively without IHC, so how is this really going to impact patient management?

疑问2，润色和小修之后再投稿，被录用成功率有多大？
我和科室主任及同事请教后分析Journal of Surgical Oncology的Online费4200刀，不选择Online就要850刀每张图片，无论怎么计算（因为本来做了5张图，目前尚可以缩减到最少2-3张图片，虽然确实影响阅读效果）依然感觉费用挺高！简直太高了！不过IF=2.99对刚出道学者来说，确实诱惑……最终决定：否定Online（选择为No）并选择Printed（纸质印刷版），缩减图片转换为黑白图，1次润色1次大修n次小修，邮件确认并诚恳请求“由于经费不足故而申请并确认免除该手稿的任何出版费用”，经编辑和总编确认该手稿最终被录用Accepted。

9月中旬修稿再投稿，9月底审稿意见：删除错误引用的1篇文献 R.3
10月初终于收到主编定稿意见，被予以接收accepted revision R.3
4. 本人投稿该杂志过程中疑问及总结确认性回答（希望给大家带来指引）：
1.杂志社鼓励申请封面，请问各位前辈封面费用一般多少？
2.黑白图无彩图、Open Access选NO，没有任何费用吧？
1.最后没有申请封面，因为封面费很贵（$1400）。
2.黑白图、Open Access选择NO，并说明不期望付任何费用（由于没有资金)，编辑同意后已免费发表见刊。
