非血红素铁蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:指含铁但不含血红素基团的一大类蛋白质。大体可分为:(1)固氮酶复合物(nitrogenase complex)。主要存在于原核生物中酶系统,主要生物功能是催化分子氮的六电子还原生成氨的反应,也有一些还原其他小分子的功能,如将乙炔还原成乙烯。它由以下两种蛋白组成:组分工(也称固氮酶)为一钼铁(MoFe)蛋白。组分Ⅱ(也称固氮酶还原酶),为一铁蛋白,其活性中心分别是MoFeS簇和FeS簇结构。铁蛋白为一个二聚物。分子量58 000~72 000,含290个残基。钼铁蛋白都含α2β2四聚结构。分子量200 000~240 000,在一个钼铁蛋白分子中含有两个钼、24~36个铁。(2)邻苯二酚二加氧酶(catechol dioxy-genase)。来源于细菌的含铁酶,他们催化氧化邻苯二酚类化合物,使之裂解。(3)核苷酸还原酶(ribonucleotide reductase RR)。广泛存在于动物、病毒和噬菌体中,其功能为催化核苷酸还原成2-脱氧核苷酸。哺乳动物的RR由两个亚基组成,分子量分别为170000和110000。当RR活性过高时引起脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成剧增,是肿瘤形成的原因之一。(4)脂加氧酶(lipoxygenase)。广泛存在于各种生物体内,大部分以铁为活性中心,每一个分子含一个铁,在生物膜磷脂发生的氧化性降解中起关键作用。
